Streaming Guide

Lapismine’s 6 September 2026 Ci-en post is the streaming rule sheet for Dungeon Picnic’s limited demo. Let’s plays and streams on video sites are allowed. Monetization on those sites, including YouTube Super Chat and similar tools, is allowed. The developer asked that you put a Steam store link in the description as a courtesy. That is permission to show the first area, not a license to sell the unfinished product as a finished campaign.

The demo that started the same day covers the first area with four characters. Saves do not transfer into the product version. The full game remains to be announced. Steam lists the mode as single-player only. This page is how to talk about that slice on camera without overselling it.

Read the limited demo guide for what the build contains. Read demo launch notes for the calendar stamp. Official URLs, including Steam discussions for bugs, sit on the links hub. Wishlist the TBA product from the wishlist page before you go live so viewers can follow the same click. Face-button labels for capture overlays live in the controls guide.

What the developer allowed

Allowed, in the language of the 6 September 2026 post:

  • Let’s plays and live streams on video sites.
  • Monetization on those sites, including Super Chat-style tools.
  • Showing the limited first-area demo while it is distributed.

Requested as a courtesy, not as a hidden DRM clause:

  • A Steam store link in the video or stream description.

Use the official store URL for app 3736800: Dungeon Picnic on Steam. Demo app 5207170 sits on the same page. Do not send viewers to a key shop. There is nothing to redeem for a TBA Windows build.

Say on-screen, at least once, that this is a limited demo of an unreleased game. Credit Lapismine. Do not imply a second-player seat; there is none. Do not imply that a wipe will be refunded as save transfer later; it will not.

What to show, and what not to claim

Show the first area. Show the four playable heroines: Astrologia, Apothecary, Kannagi, and Aries Knight. Show shared Mana, Break, ReAct extra turns, and cooldowns. Show mapless events under a 00/10 style counter. Show a wipe if it happens; the kit deleting is the roguelike contract, not a streamer fail compilation you need to hide.

Do not claim the product version is out. Do not claim Harvester or Samurai as extra demo slots just because roster screens exist. Harvester has Mercy Scythe and ally-HP spend in public posts; Samurai has First Star Fragment on an equipment screen. Those are roster literacy. If they are not in your four-character party, say so.

Do not invent skill names for Kannagi or Aries Knight on commentary. Kannagi is a mystical-clan shrine maiden with a purification wooden sword. Aries Knight matches the maid-knight look in press coverage. Astrologia’s published kit (Hellfire Comet, Blizzard Comet, Binary Star, Unlimited Meteor, Lunar Eclipse, Stellar Exploit) and Apothecary’s published kit (Counter Heal, Heal All, Poison Injection) are fair to name because screenshots already do.

Steam Next Fest from 19 October 2026 is a second discovery window for the same limited demo, not a launch day. If you stream during that festival, still call it a demo. Calendar pages: demo launch notes and Steam Next Fest.

Description box, titles, and Super Chat

Put the Steam store link in the description. That is the one courtesy Lapismine asked for. A short working blurb is enough: limited first-area demo, four characters, no save transfer, full game TBA, single-player, developed by Lapismine. Link this wiki only as a fan resource if you want; the store link is the required courtesy.

Titles should not say “full release” or “1.0.” “Dungeon Picnic limited demo” is accurate. Super Chat, memberships, and similar site tools are allowed on the demo. They are not a reason to pad a VOD with a fake launch date. If a donor asks when the full game ships, the honest answer is that Steam still lists it as to be announced.

Do not put a bug report in Super Chat and assume the developer saw it. File client issues on Steam discussions for app 3736800. The links hub points at that board. Include Windows 11 details, pad versus keyboard, the four-heroine party, and the last event node if you can. A short clip helps more than a joke about a wipe.

Capture setup that matches the build

A gamepad is recommended. Keyboard-only play is supported. Controller support is partial. Mouse wheel works in lists. If you overlay prompts, copy the current face-button jobs from the controls guide: X for Confirm / Get / Level Up / Select Slot, Circle for Back / Toggle Details, Triangle for AutoEquip, L1 / R1 for character switching, OPTIONS for Status Effects / Unequip All / Menu. Mis-confirming Unlimited Meteor on stream is still a 2 MN board reset.

Windows 11 is the listed OS minimum, with an Intel Core i3 class CPU, 8 GB RAM, OpenGL with 1 GB VRAM, and about 1 GB of storage. Confirm that on system requirements before you promise a 60 FPS facecam layout this wiki cannot certify. Steam Deck compatibility is Unknown. Mac and Linux are unlisted. Do not advertise those platforms.

Client languages on Steam are English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. Stream in the language you actually play. This wiki is English here, with Japanese on the language switcher. Some characters were designed by AI and created by the developer; that Steam disclosure is authorship, not a joke overlay.

How to talk about systems without a walkthrough script

You do not need a full route recap. You need accurate verbs. The party shares MN. Break grants ReAct. Enemies ReAct. Crits rise on broken foes. Skills have cooldowns. Meteor spends ready skills and then locks them. Star Shards buy Level Up rows (characters at cost 1, Starting Mana at cost 3). Aether is a separate route currency. Exploration is mapless events, not a drawn floor. A wipe strips skills and equipment.

If viewers ask for a multiplayer invite code, there is none. If they ask whether the VOD progress carries into 1.0, it does not. If they ask for alchemy recipes from the rest-screen teaser, those recipes are not a published list. Point curious players at Getting Started and ReAct combat rather than inventing a meta on the air.

Keep a pinned comment or a panel with the store link, the four demo names, and the TBA line. Update it if Lapismine changes the demo window. Do not freeze a September overlay that still says “just released” in October unless you mean the demo stamp.

Official social accounts are X @Lapismine_game, YouTube @Lapismine_game, and Ci-en. Follow those from the links page. Wishlist reminders for viewers belong on the wishlist page. This wiki is unofficial; when Steam and a facecam disagreement happen, Steam wins.

If you only add one line under the VOD, make it the Steam store URL and the words limited first-area demo. Super Chat can stay on. The full picnic is still packed for a TBA day. Your job is to show four heroines, shared MN, and ReAct without selling a finished campaign you have not been given.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for demo runs, ReAct combat, and party building.

Can I stream or record a let's play of the Dungeon Picnic demo?

Yes. Lapismine's 6 September 2026 Ci-en post allows let's plays and streams on video sites. Keep the slice labeled as a limited first-area demo. Rules and contents are on the limited demo guide.

Can I turn on Super Chat or other monetization?

Yes. Site monetization, including YouTube Super Chat and similar tools, is allowed on demo play. Still put a Steam store link in the description. Store clicks are also on the wishlist page.

What should go in the video description?

A link to the [Steam store page](https://store.steampowered.com/app/3736800/Dungeon_Picnic/) is the courtesy the developer asked for. Say limited demo, four characters, no save transfer, full game TBA. Official URLs are collected on the links hub.

Where do I report a bug I hit on stream?

Use Steam discussions for app 3736800, not only a Super Chat. Include input method, party, and the last node. Prompt names are in the controls guide. The 6 September stamp is recapped in demo launch notes.

Can I tell viewers the full game is out if I finished the first area?

No. The product version is still to be announced. The demo is the first area with four characters and no save transfer. Steam Next Fest from 19 October 2026 is another demo window, not a ship date.
