Dungeon Picnic Harvester

Self-proclaimed grim reaper — harvest HP, spend ally HP, Mercy Scythe. Maybe beyond the demo four.

Harvester Character

Official identity

Lapismine’s character post calls Harvester a self-proclaimed grim reaper girl. She harvests HP from enemies, can spend ally HP to fire strong skills, and uses Mercy Scythe (慈悲の鎌) to execute foes who have little remaining HP. That is the entire official combat pitch. This page will not invent extra scythe names to pad a list.

A Status screenshot labeled HARVESTER at Lv. 01 shows the body: white hair, animal ears, red eyes, a white dress, a teal bow, striped socks, and a heavy scythe with a pink edge. Face buttons include Back and L1 / R1 Switch Characters. The printed numbers at Lv 1 are:

  • HP 30
  • ATK 10
  • DEF 0
  • HEAL 8
  • SPD 98
  • Hit Rate 100.0%
  • Critical Rate 5.0%
  • Critical DMG 50.0%

HP 30 is high next to first-area HUD portraits in the low 20s (Astrologia near 23, Kannagi near 20). DEF 0 is the same printed defense as Samurai’s equipment card. SPD 98 is well below Samurai’s 135. HEAL 8 is a stat, not a heal skill; do not confuse it with Apothecary’s Counter Heal.

Demo four versus later reveal

The limited demo distributed on 6 September 2026 uses four characters: Astrologia, Apothecary, Kannagi, and Aries Knight. Harvester is not one of those four Level Up names. She may sit beyond that roster. If your first-area file never shows the scythe, you are not missing a hidden tutorial — you may simply be in the four-character demo. Steam Next Fest from 19 October 2026 and the TBA full game are the later windows where a larger roster is the safer assumption.

The campaign is single-player either way. Harvesting HP is not a second human’s job.

Mercy Scythe and the HP economy

Mercy Scythe is the one named skill on the official post: an execute against low remaining HP. Combined with harvest HP from enemies, Harvester wants fights that leave targets wounded rather than fights that only check whether a weakness Break happened. Combined with spend ally HP for strong skills, she also wants a party that can pay body for power.

That payment is why Apothecary is the first cross-link, not a random friend. Counter Heal is 2MN, Cooldown 6, All Allies, Heal.ELM, Heal 50%. If Harvester spends ally HP on a turn when Counter Heal is still cooling down, portraits that started at 23–25 can fall under execute range themselves. Heal All is another 2MN stamp. Poison Injection is 1MN and does not restore the HP Harvester just spent.

Shared MN still exists. Strong skills that also cost mana plus ally HP are double priced. ReAct combat still matters: Break for an extra turn, enemies can ReAct too, broken targets yield more mana recovery, cheaper skills, and higher crit. An execute on a broken, low-HP foe is the clean version of the pitch. An execute attempt on a healthy foe after you already paid ally HP is the ugly version. Cooldowns still apply even when the flavor is a reaper.

A wipe still deletes skills and gear. Paying HP to lose the run is not a harvest.

Reading the Status card against other pages

ATK 10 versus Samurai’s ATK 13 at Lv 1 is a screenshot comparison, not a live patch note. Hit Rate 100% and Critical Rate 5% / Critical DMG 50% match Samurai’s printed percents. The difference is the HP-spend identity, not the crit line.

Astrologia shows about 23 HP on a Skill HUD and wants Ready skills stacked for Unlimited Meteor. A teammate who spends ally HP during that stack can cancel the meteor plan by forcing a heal. Kannagi starts near 20 HP on the event strip; she is a poor HP battery if you were hoping to feed scythe skills from her bar. Aries Knight is demo-four confirmed with no public skill board; do not assume she has a guard row that makes ally-HP costs free.

Samurai may be a class title and may also sit outside the demo four. First Star Fragment lets the wearer act first when battle begins. If both reveals ever share a file, acting first can land an execute or an HP spend before enemy ReAct. That is a theory, not a demo fact.

Party building is the budget page. The early character ranking should tag Harvester as reveal, maybe not demo, then score Mercy Scythe only when you can actually pick it. The skills ranking should use the official Japanese/English pair for Mercy Scythe rather than a fan rename.

Level Up, Equipment, Set Skill, Item, Status, Formation, System. StarShard and Aether on exploration HUDs. Status vocabulary: HP, ATK, DEF, HEAL or Healing POW, SPD, Hit Rate, Critical Rate, Critical DMG. Harvester’s card uses HEAL; Samurai’s card uses Healing POW. Same column family, different label on two screenshots.

Exploration nodes do not care that she calls herself a grim reaper. Battle + Rewards is still a bet. Controls still map Switch Characters on the Status card. Getting Started and the demo guide still assume the four-person first-area list unless your build proves otherwise.

Steam notes AI assistance on some character designs. Flavor, not a ranking modifier.

Demo window and TBA product

Limited demo on 6 September 2026, first area, four characters, no save transfer. Product TBA. Dates: demo launch notes, updates hub. Store: wishlist tool, official links. Indexes: Characters Hub, Guides Hub, tier list hub, party planner.

If a later build puts Harvester in the opening four, rewrite the maybe-beyond-demo warning into a loadout section. Until your own HUD shows HARVESTER, keep her in the reveal folder beside Samurai.

Do not spend ally HP because the scythe looks finished. Mercy Scythe wants the target already low; the official harvest line wants you to have taken HP from the enemy first. If Apothecary’s 2MN heals are the only way back from your own payment, you have turned a reaper loop into a shared-mana tax. Check the Lv 1 card — HP 30, DEF 0, SPD 98 — then decide whether this girl is a carry or a leak before you ever press the execute.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for demo runs, ReAct combat, and party building.

Is Harvester in the four-character demo?

Not on the Level Up list that names Astrologia, Apothecary, Kannagi, and Aries Knight. She may sit beyond that roster. Confirm on your own file.

What is Mercy Scythe?

Officially **Mercy Scythe** (慈悲の鎌), an execute against enemies with low remaining HP. This page does not add extra scythe names.

What are her Lv 1 stats?

Status card: HP 30, ATK 10, DEF 0, HEAL 8, SPD 98, Hit Rate 100%, Critical Rate 5%, Critical DMG 50%.

How does she spend HP?

Official text says she harvests HP from enemies and can spend ally HP for strong skills. Pair that risk with Apothecary heals and ReAct combat timing.
