Dungeon Picnic Aries Knight
Demo-four maid-knight — named on Level Up. No invented skill list.
Confirmed in the demo four
Aries Knight is the fourth name on Dungeon Picnic’s first-area Level Up list, printed under Astrologia, Apothecary, and Kannagi. Each of those four rows shows Lv 1 / Cost: 1. A fifth row on the same panel is Starting Mana at Cost 3, which is a party resource, not a fifth heroine. That screenshot is the hard proof she belongs in the limited demo distributed on 6 September 2026. Demo saves do not transfer. The full game is TBA. The campaign is single-player.
Press coverage around the Steam page (including Automaton’s write-up) described a maid-knight look among the pixel-art heroines. The Level Up capture used on the Characters Hub shows her portrait as a pale-haired face in the four-name stack. This wiki uses the store header art as her page hero because a dedicated full-body skill or Status screenshot for Aries Knight is not in the same public set as Astrologia’s Skill menu or Apothecary’s Select Skill offer. Missing art is not a license to borrow someone else’s sprite.
What this page will not do
It will not invent skill names. Astrologia has Hellfire Comet, Blizzard Comet, Binary Star, Unlimited Meteor, Lunar Eclipse, and Stellar Exploit because those strings are on a Skill menu. Apothecary has Counter Heal, Heal All, and Poison Injection because those strings are on a Choose ONE offer. Aries Knight does not currently have an equivalent public board transcribed here. Any guide that hands her a made-up lance skill, maid skill, or ram-themed ultimate is not this page.
It will not copy stats from other cards. Harvester prints HP 30, ATK 10, DEF 0, HEAL 8, SPD 98, Hit Rate 100%, Critical Rate 5%, Critical DMG 50% at Lv 1. Samurai prints HP 22, ATK 13, DEF 0, Healing POW 6, SPD 135, and the same hit/crit percents. Aries Knight has no such card in the screenshot set used for this wiki. An event HUD that shows party HP 20 / 25 / 23 / 30 at Lv 1 belongs to a demo-four file; Kannagi is the 20, Apothecary matches 25, Astrologia matches 23, and the 30 is the remaining slot on that strip. Use that as a HUD hint, not as a full Status sheet.
Steam’s disclosure that some characters were designed with AI assistance is a store note. It does not generate tooltips.
How to play a character with an incomplete public kit
You still live inside the same rules as the rest of the roster. Skills spend shared MN. ReAct combat still gives an extra turn on Break, and enemies can ReAct too. Broken foes still mean more mana recovery, cheaper skills, and higher crit. Cooldowns still sit next to costs. A wipe still deletes assembled skills and gear.
In a first-area run, open Set Skill when Aries Knight is highlighted and read Toggle Details. Write down the real names, MN, CD, and targeting from your file. That private list is her kit for that run. The skills ranking should only gain a row when a name is captured, not when a writer wants the maid-knight to feel like a tank.
Party building still has to budget her offers against Astrologia’s 1MN comets and 2MN Unlimited Meteor, and against Apothecary’s 2MN heals. If Aries Knight’s first offer is another 2MN row, you now have three 2MN stamps fighting over one bar. If her first offer is a cheap 1MN action, she may be the command you press while Counter Heal sits on Cooldown 6. The early character ranking should list her as demo-four confirmed, kit incomplete, which is a useful rank, not a slight.
Menu verbs are the same: Level Up, Equipment, Set Skill, Item, Status, Formation, System. Currencies on exploration HUDs are StarShard and Aether. Status vocabulary across the game is HP, ATK, DEF, HEAL or Healing POW, SPD, Hit Rate, Critical Rate, and Critical DMG. Controls maps the buttons; exploration maps Battle + Rewards nodes.
Pairing with documented teammates
Astrologia is the photographed caster. If Aries Knight turns out to be a front-line attacker in your Set Skill offers, the pair is classic: comets fish for Breaks, then someone spends the extra ReAct turn. If she turns out to be another spender of 2MN, the pair is a trap. You will not know which until the offer screen exists.
Apothecary is the photographed healer. A 30 HP portrait on the event strip, if that bar is hers on your file, still dies to a wipe. Heal 50% on Counter Heal is All Allies; it does not require Aries Knight to have a named guard skill.
Kannagi is the other demo-four page with official flavor (mystical clan, purifying wooden sword) and no transcribed skill board. Read the two pages as a pair of confirmed names waiting on menus. They are not interchangeable. Kannagi’s event art is fox ears and a wooden sword. Aries Knight’s public identity is the maid-knight look plus the Level Up string.
Harvester and Samurai may sit outside the four-character demo roster. Do not assume Aries Knight is a grim reaper or a sailor just because those screenshots are striking. Harvester spends ally HP. Samurai may be a class title and shows First Star Fragment for acting first. Neither fact fills Aries Knight’s missing rows.
Demo window, Next Fest, and TBA
Limited first-area demo on 6 September 2026. Steam Next Fest from 19 October 2026. Product TBA. Use demo launch notes, the demo guide, and Getting Started. Wishlist and store: wishlist tool, official links. Indexes: Characters Hub, Guides Hub, updates hub, tier list hub, party planner.
If Lapismine later posts an Aries Knight Skill menu, this article should grow a documented-skills section the way Astrologia’s page did. Until that post, the useful work is negative work: refuse fake names, keep her in the demo four, and score her from the offers you actually see.
Wait for a skill screenshot before you lock a rank. Maid-knight is a costume and a press phrase, not a movelist. If your Set Skill screen still refuses to print a single Aries Knight row, play the Cost 1 Level Up, spend Star Shards with the rest of the demo four, and keep a blank line in your notes titled kit not fully documented. That blank line is more honest than a fabricated ram strike, and it is the whole point of this page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for demo runs, ReAct combat, and party building.
Is Aries Knight in the demo?
Yes. She is the fourth name on the first-area Level Up list at Lv 1 Cost 1 with Astrologia, Apothecary, and Kannagi.
What skills does Aries Knight have?
This wiki does not list any. Her kit is not fully documented from public screenshots. Log real names from Set Skill in your own run instead of using fan-made titles.
Why is the hero image the store header?
The public screenshot set used here has a named Level Up row and a portrait strip, but not a dedicated full-body Skill or Status card for her. The header is a stand-in, not a different character.
How should I build around her?
Use party building and ReAct combat. Budget whatever MN her offers actually cost against 2MN heals and Unlimited Meteor.
Is she the same as Samurai or Harvester?
No. Those pages cover different public materials and may sit outside the demo four. Aries Knight is the maid-knight name on the demo Level Up list.
